You are attempting to transfer recorded shows from your DIRECTV TiVo DVR and you are unable to locate the DVR within TiVo Transfer.
Resolution
DIRECTV has disabled network functionality in DIRECTV TiVo DVRs and as such you will be unable to transfer recorded shows using any TiVoToGo solution.
This information is available as part of the system requirements for Toast 8 Titanium:
TiVoToGo requires a TiVo® Series2 or other TiVoToGo compatible DVR connected directly to your Mac or to your home network. This will not work with DIRECTV DVRs with TiVo service. See www.tivo.com for more information.
