When installing PrimTime, onc eof the following errors may occur:

or
New hardware or system components can be installed via Windows Control Panel
Resolution
"Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure components" when the there is an error in the self-extracting installer. This can usually be fixed by manually extracting the installer and then installing. Here's how:
Create a new folder on your desktop.
Unzip the downloaded file into a new folder (extract ALL files into the folder).
NOTE: The quickest way to do this is to have the WinZip Evaluation Version (it's free!) installed (http://www.winzip.com/). Once installed, this will allow you to right click on the PrimeTime Installer .exe and choose "WinZip"--> "Extract To..." and then unzip the file to a new folder on your hard drive.
Double click the "setup.exe" file to begin installation.
