Issue While trying to activate CinePlayer/CinePlayer Decoder Pack, you do not have unlock code or you receive an error message:

The code entered is not valid. Please check the code and reenter.

Cause

The unlock code is listed as Serial Number
The unlock code entered is not complete or invalid

Resolution

The unlock code should be 18 digits long. Please make sure you use zeroes, not the letter O, in the unlock code.
The unlock code is included in your order confirmation e-mail. It might be listed as Serial Number / CD Key in your order confirmation e-mail.
If you did not receive your order confirmation e-mail, be sure to look in your SPAM (a.k.a.Bulk or Junk E-Mail) folders for your e-mail software or webmail client. Occasionally, the order confirmation e-mail will marked as SPAM and will be routed to the trash or SPAM folders.
