Customers with ATI video cards may experience a system reboot or blue screen error with a message similar to the following when adding three or more video files to a MyDVD project.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Stop 0x0000000A (0xFFFFFFE0, 0X0000002, 0X00000000, 0X804E8050).

This issue can be resolved by installing updates for your ATI video card followed by installing the latest release of Microsoft DirectX.

Users who already have the latest version of DirectX and are experiencing this issue will still need to following the steps below and reinstall DirectX.

1. Go to http://www.ati.com and click on "Drivers and Software".
2. Follow the on screen instructions to locate and download the most recent driver for your ATI video card.
3. Once the download has been completed, locate and run the driver installation.
4. After installation you will need to reboot your computer.

2. Follow the on screen instructions to download the latest DirectX End-User Runtime.
