Sonic TiVo-to-Go Plug-in does not recognize your TiVo PVR, although your TiVo Desktop software does.
Resolution
Restart the DVR
- Press the TiVo button on the remote to go to TiVo Central.
- Select Messages & Setup --> Restart or Reset System --> Restart the DVR.
- Press THUMBS DOWN three times and press ENTER.
- Powercycle network devices.
If you have a router or wireless access point, unplug it, wait a moment, and then plug it back in.
