Print this Article Issue After installing a Roxio burning product, hard drives or disc writers may occasionally become not detected, unrecognized, or disappear.
Resolution Note: This issue was resolved in Creator 8 and higher. Visit the Roxio Upgrade Center for the latest version of Creator or call our Inside Sales Team at 1-877-697-6946 (Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., EST - excluding Roxio holidays).
After installing Easy CD Creator 5 or Easy CD and DVD Creator 6 in Windows 2000 or Windows XP, sometimes Windows no longer shows any of you DVD or CD Drives. Click here for instructions to fix this problem.
If you have Easy CD and DVD Creator 6 and this doesn't solve the problem for you and your Windows Device Manger reports a "Code 31" with your DVD or CD's, click here for more troubleshooting tips.
