Issue

Scene breaks created using scene detection are off on captured video.

Resolution

Open your MyDVD project that has the misplaced chapter markers.
Select the video clip on your menu so it is highlighted
Click the Edit Chapters button on the left side of the window. The Edit Chapters window opens.
Select a misplaced chapter thumbnail on the right of the window.
Use the shuttle wheel (above the playback controls) to scroll frame by frame through the to the desired location.
Click Add chapter here.
You may receive an message "Other chapter(s) already exist within 5 seconds to this time. Would you like to delete them and add new chapters here?" Click Yes.
Repeat these steps for each chapter you want to adjust.
