Problems uploading Shows to Roxio PhotoShow

Issue

  • Shows fail to upload and may return an error code
  • PhotoShow hangs during the upload process

  • Resolution

    1. Create a new PhotoShow and upload 10-15 different photos. If successful, attempt to upload the original show again.

    2. If the show still fails, try this:
      • Open PhotoShow and click on the Manage button.
      • Then click on the name of the Show you are having trouble with and select Save As from the pop up menu.
      • Now save a copy of this Show as a different name, like "myshow_test" so you differentiate it from the Show you want to keep.
      • Try to upload the copy of your Show.


    3. If you are still experiencing problems, make sure any firewall or 3rd party security/anti-virus software is not interfering with PhotoShow. You may need to add it to an allowed list of programs. Please consult the creator of your security software for more specific instructions.
