Print this Article Issue While trying to activate CinePlayer/CinePlayer Decoder Pack, you do not have unlock code or you receive an error message:
The code entered is not valid. Please check the code and reenter.
Cause - The unlock code is listed as Serial Number
- The unlock code entered is not complete or invalid
Resolution
- The unlock code should be 18 digits long. Please make sure you use zeroes, not the letter O, in the unlock code.
- The unlock code is included in your order confirmation e-mail. It might be listed as Serial Number / CD Key in your order confirmation e-mail.
- If you did not receive your order confirmation e-mail, be sure to look in your SPAM (a.k.a.Bulk or Junk E-Mail) folders for your e-mail software or webmail client. Occasionally, the order confirmation e-mail will marked as SPAM and will be routed to the trash or SPAM folders. If you still could not find your order confirmation e-mail, please contact Digital River's Customer Service at 1-800-656-5443 or visit
