Issue

How to create a backup copy of your files using Simple Backup.

Resolution

Launch "Simple Backup."
Click on "Custom Backup."
Select your backup device and click "Next."
Click the check box next to the items you want to back up, and click "Next."
On the "Backup Estimates," page, click "Next."
If prompted for another piece of media, please insert a disc. (Make sure to label the discs as directed.)
Follow the prompts for inserting specific discs.
Once the backup set is created and verified, click "Finish."
