Dazzle DVC90 Device not recognized on Windows Vista

Print this Article Issue When inserting the Dazzle DVC90 included with Easy Media Creator Deluxe Suite, the device is not recognized and drivers cannot be found by Vista.
Resolution Note: The following drivers are not compatible with Windows Vista 64 bit operating systems. There are currently no plans to develop a 64 bit version of the drivers.
- Download the Dazzle DVC90 drivers from this location to your Desktop.
- Double-click the RoxioDVC90Vista32Updater.zip file and drag the Roxio_DVC90_Vista_32_Update file to your Desktop.
- Insert the Dazzle DVC90. This will launch the Found New Hardware window.
- Choose Locate and install driver software. Vista will start looking for drivers automatically. This may take a few minutes.
- The DVC90 will be recognized, but will launch a window asking "Insert the disc that came with your DVC90." Select I don't have the disc. Show me other options.
- Select Browse my computer for driver software.
- In the next window, select Browse and navigate to the Roxio_DVC90_Vista_32_Update that you unzipped onto your desktop and click OK. Then click Next. The installation begins.
- Once finished installing, a confirmation that the device has been successfully installed appears. Click Close.
- You will not need to restart your computer.
