When trying to capture from Roxio Video Capture USB using Roxio Easy VHS to DVD or Roxio Creator 2009, the USB capture device (USB 2861 device) is not seen.
Cause
Roxio Video Capture USB was not connected before installing Roxio Easy VHS to DVD or the driver for it was not installed properly.
Resolution To resolve the issue you will need to download the drivers below and reinstall it.

To download:
- Download RoxioC2009USBCaptureDriver.zip below.
- Open the .zip file RoxioC2009USBCaptureDriver.zip and drag the file RoxioC2009USBCaptureDriver.exe to your Desktop.
- Double-click the .exe file and follow the on screen instructions.
